ALLENTOWN (April 3) – Companies across the state that install energy efficient home improvements are encouraged to attend one of the free seminars that will feature the Keystone Home Energy Loan Program (KeystoneHELP), Pennsylvania’s official ENERGY STAR HVAC & home improvement financing plan. In the program’s first year, over 1,000 Pennsylvania homeowners installed high efficiency home improvements using KeystoneHELP’s monthly payment plan.
KeystoneHELP’s below market, 8.99% unsecured financing, which is made possible principally through an investment by the Pennsylvania Treasury Department, can help Pennsylvania homeowners to affordably improve the energy efficiency of their homes. For loan amounts from $1,000 to $10,000, KeystoneHELP requires no home equity, has loan terms of up to ten years and has no closing costs.
Contractors can offer their customers KeystoneHELP as a fixed rate alternative to higher rate credit cards or other financing methods. Contractors must be approved by AFC First to perform work under the program. Information on how to become an Approved KeystoneHELP Contractor/Dealer will be available at the seminars.
At the seminars, contractors will get program updates, new sales tips and details on KeystoneHELP’s new customer marketing programs for dealers. Attendees will meet Peter Krajsa, Chairman/CEO, and Ken Yeager, Director of Sales, from AFC First Financial Corporation.
To register for one of the seminars listed below, please call (610) 433-7486 or visit www.keystonehelp.com/seminar. Seating is limited so register today!
