Our newest service, Pennsylvania Contracts e-Library, provides an extraordinary level of accessibility to public information by offering an online centralized source of comprehensive information about Pennsylvania government goods and services contracts. We are proud to provide this service as part of our continuing commitment to good governance.

Treasury and its employees are accountable for safeguarding the financial assets of all Pennsylvanians, serving as custodians, investors and disbursers of the Commonwealth’s funds. Treasury also helps Pennsylvanians achieve financial success through a variety of programs like the nowU College Savings Program, the KeystoneHELP low-interest loan program, and the INVEST program for local governments and nonprofits.  I encourage you to search our Unclaimed Property database – we are constantly working to help Pennsylvanians claim what is theirs!
